I keep clean, reconciled books for Shopify stores, built in QuickBooks Online and A2X, so the numbers you run the business on match what the store actually did.
When Shopify pays you, the money that lands in your bank has already had fees, refunds, and shipping pulled out of it. Booked as a single number, that deposit quietly buries the parts that matter: your real revenue, the fees you paid, and the tax you collected and now owe.
You do not notice while it is happening. You notice at year-end, when the numbers have drifted far enough that someone has to rebuild the whole picture. Proper books mean the drift never starts. I break every payout back into its real pieces, and keep it that way month after month.
Everything runs on QuickBooks Online and A2X, the tools built for Shopify accounting. You get clean books, and a plain-language read on what they say.
Every Shopify payout split into sales, fees, refunds, shipping, and tax, then matched to the penny against what hit your bank. Kept current every month, not rebuilt at year-end.
Margin broken down by product, not just a single top-line revenue number, so you can see what is actually making money versus what only looks like it is.
A short written summary of where the store stands, in plain language, plus a standing monthly call to walk through it. You never have to open accounting software to understand your own numbers.
I reconcile a full month of your books so you can see the actual work, the accuracy, and the reports before any money is involved. No card, no contract, nothing to cancel.
Book your free monthWe connect your Shopify and QuickBooks with read-only access. Takes about five minutes to approve, and I can see the books without touching your store.
Your payouts get parsed through A2X, expenses categorized, and every bank feed reconciled.
Reconciled financials and a plain-language summary. If it is not worth continuing, you keep the clean month and we leave it there.
After the free month, it is a flat $1,000/month that covers the bookkeeping, the reports, and the monthly call. You will know your price before anything is owed.

Because you should judge the work after you have seen it, not on my word. The free month is the proof. If it is not worth the price once you have seen a real month of it, I would rather you know that early than feel locked in.
Nothing. You keep the reconciled month, there is no contract to exit, and no payment was ever taken. We part on good terms and you are further ahead than when you started.
Yes. The flat monthly fee includes the QuickBooks Online and A2X subscription costs. You do not pay for those tools separately.
No, and I will not pretend otherwise. This is bookkeeping: keeping your books clean, current, and reconciled, plus plain-language reporting on what they show. It is not tax filing, CPA advisory, or legal advice. When you need a CPA to file, your clean books make their job easier.
I record the sales tax you collect correctly, in its own account, kept current so it is ready to hand your accountant at filing time. I do not file returns or handle tax compliance myself. The bookkeeping side is done properly so filing is straightforward for whoever does it.
Most general bookkeepers do not work with Shopify payouts often enough to know where they go wrong. The lump-sum deposits, the fee structure, the way sales tax gets collected, all of it needs someone who does this specifically. That is all I do.
Common, and fine. If there is cleanup needed before the monthly work can run properly, I will tell you what is involved and what it costs before starting. Nothing gets touched or billed by surprise.
You give read-only access, so I can see the books but cannot change your store, your prices, or your products. You can remove that access at any time, in a few clicks, without asking me.
A short, no-pressure call. If it is not a fit, I will say so.
